Pay only to the COMPANY account
Always make sure your GPay or NEFT payment goes to the company account. Do not pay a staff account or any other individual's account.

Before acting on an unexpected parcel message or payment request, verify the details with your nearest mSs branch.
Pay safely. Verify first.
- Pay only to the company account using GPay or NEFT. Do not pay a staff account or any other individual's bank account or personal UPI ID.
- mSs collects only freight charges. Do not pay the product amount to our branches or through online links.
- Be alert to fake parcel messages. Scammers may claim your parcel is on hold, your address is incomplete, or a small payment is needed to reschedule delivery. Verify with a branch before following a payment link.
Watch out for fake online sellers
Fake profiles on Instagram and Facebook may take your money and disappear without sending the items. Fraudsters may also send fake messages or bills claiming that products have been shipped through mSs Parcel Service and ask you to make a payment.
- Verify shipment details through www.metturtransports.com or contact your nearest mSs branch for clear information.
- Never share sensitive information such as OTPs or bank account details over phone, SMS or email.
- Confirm the payment recipient with the branch before paying any transport charges.
