Mettur Transports is the logistics division of Mettur Super Services (mSs). Our journey began in 1993 with two buses connecting Chennai and Mettur. Built on the trust of our passengers and the experience of our transport team, we expanded into parcel and cargo services to meet the needs of businesses and communities across South India.
Mettur Transports has been a preferred logistics provider for SMEs, MSMEs, traders, dealers, corporate clients and households, supporting their everyday parcel, cargo and goods transport needs.
Our network connects towns and cities, helping traders, businesses and individuals move their goods. We offer branch-to-branch and door-to-door parcel delivery, business and corporate orders, part truck load and full truck load transport, closed container transport, household goods movement and personal deliveries.
Our services also include bike and scooter transport, nursery and agricultural parcel enquiries, and e-commerce logistics. Customers can speak to their nearest branch to confirm routes, packing requirements, dispatch schedules and delivery arrangements.
Today, our network includes more than 750 branches across South India, supported by over 500 company-owned trucks. Warehouses and connecting hubs in all major cities help link local branches with our wider transport network and coordinate the movement of parcels and business consignments.
By our count, Mettur Transports ranks number one in Tamil Nadu by the number of branches and company-owned trucks. Across much of our Tamil Nadu network, an office is available approximately every 5–10 kilometres, bringing parcel booking and customer support closer to the communities we serve.
Technology supports our daily transport operations. Our vehicles are fitted with GPS technology for real-time tracking, helping our team use vehicle location data to coordinate consignment transfers and plan movements efficiently. All our hubs and branches are computerized and equipped with cameras and scanners to support booking, monitoring and parcel handling. Our network is ready to adopt new technologies as we continue to improve our operations and customer service.
Careful handling, clear communication and customer service guide our work. Shipment tracking and branch support help customers follow their consignments, while feedback helps us improve our services and understand changing transport needs.
